Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

On your first purchase, you don’t need a reason to request a refund. Simply state you want to be refunded for any reason.

On second and subsequent purchases, you are required to state why you need another refund. If we suspect you are trying to get free software updates by abusing the refund policy, or otherwise have malicious intent, we reserve the right to refuse refunds on all purchases after the first one.

Cloud Credits

If your license includes cloud credits and you have used some or all of them before requesting a refund, the value of the consumed credits may be deducted from your refund amount. This prevents abuse where someone purchases a license, consumes all the credits, and then requests a full refund. If you only tested the functionality with a small amount of credits, you may still be eligible for a full refund, judged case-by-case.
